Christmas Gift Distribution Event 2021

Please find a pdf application form to register your children for the Local 38 Gift Distribution Event. This is a fillable pdf form so once you have completed please save and return to us via e-mail to or print off the completed form and send via internal mail to mail code 132. The deadline for registration is November 5, 2021. If you require a membership card please contact the office at 403-233-2700. To be eligible to register you must be a card carrying member and it for those members’ children only who were born in 2011 or later. The gifts will be distributed from the Local 38 office located at 1439-9 Avenue SE on the following dates/time: Friday, December 3rd, 2021 - 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Saturday, December 4th, 2021 – 11:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday, December 6th, 2021 – 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm If you are unable to pick up at the above noted dates/time, gifts will be available from Tuesday, December 7th to Thursday, December 9th from 7:30 am until 3:30 pm, or Friday, December 10th from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm. Please contact the Union office at 403-233-2700 to make an appointment to pick up your gifts.  Any gifts not picked up by 12:30 pm on December 10, 2021 will be donated to charity.
